源自海風與歷史的經典漁夫毛衣

誕生於位在英吉利海峽的 Guernsey（根西島），曾被漁夫與船員著用了數百年的傳統毛衣，是屬於海洋文明的生活衣著。

The 2 Monkeys 將這段古老的衣著歷史重新整理，以 更貼近日常穿著的方式呈現。

保留早期 Guernsey 的設計語彙，以厚實的粗針織（Low Gauge） 重現帶有手工質感的蓬鬆樣貌，調整成略為寬鬆的版型，讓溫暖與舒適融入生活。

沿襲傳統工法，Mock Neck 的設計同時重現傳統漁夫毛衣的經典輪廓，保暖的同時不壓迫頸部。水平肩線、腋下補強襯料等傳統製法，讓肩線自然延伸、穿著更順身，活動時舒適度顯著提升。

沉穩、寧靜、帶著簡單卻深刻的美感，成為冬季衣櫥中最值得投資的一件毛衣。

註：
在沒有工廠、沒有大量製造的年代，每一件 Guernsey Sweater 都由家族中的親人手編織就，前後無差的版型、水平肩線、腋下補強的襯料（Gusset）、略高的 Mock Neck，都是為長時間工作於海上的船員而生。

同時 Guernsey Sweater 不只是毛衣，更是一種「以家為單位的紋樣文化」，上半部以繩結、格紋與象徵家族傳承的花紋構成，下半部則保留素面，讓船上勞動時更易活動、也更易修補。

親人手織、灌注心意的 Guernsey Sweater，也被當作防止海難事故的「護身符」，同時也因各家紋樣不同，成為辨別遇難者身分的重要一環。
