本作採用 Open-End Yarn 製作，透過空氣旋轉將纖維聚合，與傳統環錠紡相比，呈現出更具特色的布料特性，有著乾爽、略帶粗獷的手感與自然不規則紋理。


同時使用傳統圓胴織機製作，整件衣身無側邊接縫。帶來更自然舒適、整體輪廓穩定的穿著體驗。
