從染色到縫製皆為日本極致工藝的藝術呈現！

光是在純綿材質上使用天然染劑染色，就需要耗費大量時間與人力成本，更別說是運用在質地更加光滑的尼龍面料了呢！

這款大家耳熟能詳的空軍經典外套 - MA-1 飛行外套，就採用了日本傳統染 - 柿染來完成面料的染色。

染劑材料選用濃縮三年精華的柿實，以手染工序將染劑滲入尼龍面料，再進行絞染與天日乾燥。讓顏色在自然光下緩緩氧化、轉化為深邃而具層次的色調。每件作品的色澤深淺皆略有不同，也體現天然染色工藝所賦予的獨一無二。

縫製的部分更是找了自 WWII 結束以來，長期為駐日美軍製作 Souvenir Jacket 的老牌工房負責製作。從布料裁製、車縫至收邊，皆維持一貫的嚴謹細節與品質。羅紋部分採用 丸編羅紋（Circular Rib），兼具彈性與耐用度，讓整體輪廓更貼合身形。

隨著日曬加深、洗滌轉淺的柿染特性，在尼龍面料上呈現絕美紋理，平衡優秀的衣袖比例，可是絕不能錯過的精品！
